The team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Engineer with strong expertise in Business Intelligence, data visualization, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and enterprise BI solutions that transform complex data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing BI solutions for performance and usability.
- Create and manage data models and data warehousing solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling techniques.
- Strong experience with data visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field, with a focus on Power BI development.
