About this role
The team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Power BI Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Power BI solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring advanced knowledge in data architecture, Azure BI stack integration, and enterprise-scale reporting solutions. This is a leadership role involving architecture ownership, stakeholder engagement, and technical mentorship across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect enterprise-level Power BI solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead the integration of the Azure BI stack with existing data systems.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data governance and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members and other departments.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to BI and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Power BI solutions at an enterprise level.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and practices.
- Proficiency with Azure BI stack, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Analysis Services.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Power BI and data architecture.
