This role is pivotal in advancing their AIOps platform, which empowers organizations to achieve Autonomic IT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and optimizing platform solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable platform solutions that support hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop self-healing and self-optimizing systems aligned with business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in platform engineering or a related field, with a focus on AIOps, automation, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools to ensure system health and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in platform engineering or related roles, with a focus on AIOps and automation.
