About this role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to lead configuration, integration, and support workstreams across one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise, with a proven track record in managing projects and mentoring junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Independently gather requirements from stakeholders and design effective solutions.
- Conduct at least one full life-cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Build and support reports and integrations to meet business needs.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuration and integration of Oracle HCM modules.
- Experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud consulting, with a focus on functional and technical aspects.
