About this role
The team is seeking a Senior OneStream Application Specialist to join their Finance IT / EPM application support team in Chennai. In this role, you will act as a Support Tech Lead for OneStream operations, ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the OneStream platform, which is crucial for financial consolidation, reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the support team in managing OneStream operations and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and functionality of the OneStream platform.
- Develop and implement best practices for financial processes using OneStream.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to maximize platform utilization.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the integration of OneStream with other financial systems and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with OneStream application, including implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in application support, specifically with OneStream or similar financial software.
