The team is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Node.js Backend Developer to join their team. This role requires a strong background in software development, specifically in Node.js backend development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of overall software development experience.
- 4-5 years of strong experience in Node.js backend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
