The team is seeking a Senior Network Security Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of network systems while providing expert guidance on security best practices. You will work closely with clients to assess their security needs and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security assessments and audits of network systems.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design secure network architectures.
- Provide training and support to clients on security awareness and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in network security, with a focus on consulting.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
- Proficiency in security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years in network security or a related field, with a focus on consulting roles.
