About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join their Platform Integrations APAC team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding and maintaining direct integrations with payment systems and partners across the region. You will work within a dynamic team that designs, builds, and operates foundational direct integration infrastructure critical to the product's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain network infrastructure for payment systems integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance integration capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Document network configurations and integration processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to network engineering.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in network engineering and design.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, BGP).
- Experience with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in network engineering or related field.
