About this role
The team is seeking a Senior .Net Engineer to join their dynamic team. The Sr. Software Engineer will primarily be responsible for the design and development of software applications and reusable software components deployed in the product suite. This role requires fostering high-performing technical teams and collaborating effectively with senior developers, offshore development team members, business owners, project management, and other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and development of software applications.
- Develop reusable software components to enhance product functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software development.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in .Net framework and C# programming.
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of database technologies, preferably SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .Net technologies.
