The team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Moodle Developer to lead their Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives across the organization. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive the development, customization, and optimization of Moodle-based solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and a robust user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Moodle-based LMS solutions.
- Customize and optimize existing Moodle installations to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality and performance of LMS applications through rigorous testing and evaluation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in LMS technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Moodle development and customization.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with other Learning Management Systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 10-15 years in software development with a strong focus on Moodle and LMS.
