About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Manager of Systems Engineering to lead and innovate within their expanding operations in India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems that support the team’s financial services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the systems engineering team in the development and deployment of system architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the integration of systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
