Senior Manager - Statistical Programming, Central Services

The team is seeking a Senior Manager in Statistical Programming to join their Central Services team. This role is pivotal in driving the development and application of statistical programming methodologies that support clinical trials and regulatory submissions. You will lead a team of statistical programmers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality statistical analyses and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of statistical programmers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the development and validation of statistical programs for clinical trial data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians and clinical teams to ensure statistical programming deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for statistical programming activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in statistical programming.
• Participate in the review and approval of statistical analysis plans and programming specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in statistical programming using SAS or R.
• Proven track record in managing statistical programming teams and projects.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in statistical programming, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
