About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Manager - Java Full Stack Developer to lead and oversee large-scale software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both managerial and technical roles, ensuring successful project execution from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Drive the development of core applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Implement and manage databases using Oracle and Cassandra NoSQL.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 6 or more years of experience in software development, with a focus on managerial roles.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale core development projects from scratch.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle, and Cassandra.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience in software development and project management.
