Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in IT testing and quality assurance, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in IT testing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
