About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Manager for Information Security Compliance to join their dynamic Information Security team. In this role, you will lead the Security Compliance team and work closely with various stakeholders across Technology, Cybersecurity, HR, Internal Audit, External Audit, Legal/Privacy, and Business Operations. You will be instrumental in enhancing and maturing the organization's global Information Security framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Security Compliance team to ensure adherence to security policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate security risks.
- Develop and implement security compliance programs and initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Provide training and awareness programs on security compliance for employees.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in information security compliance and risk management.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in information security, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
