The team is seeking a Senior Manager for Device Software in Front Line Care. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and predictable release of projects, including new product development and sustenance, while maintaining high-quality standards. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the Program team and take full accountability for resource staffing and project execution, proactively managing technical and project risks to meet business commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time and predictable project releases in alignment with the Program team.
- Oversee resource staffing and project execution, mitigating risks effectively.
- Drive Quality Compliance across the entire team, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Foster a positive team culture by implementing effective people management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in device software project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving quality compliance.
- Strong understanding of technical and project risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in a relevant field, with significant experience in project management and team leadership.
