The team is seeking a Senior Manager - Data Science to lead initiatives that leverage data to drive business efficiency and value. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities within the business to enhance processes and outcomes through advanced data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities that add value to the business and improve operational efficiency.
- Invest time in understanding the core business, including products, processes, documents, and data points.
- Design and develop end-to-end Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for document parsing, information extraction, and summarization from PDFs and scanned text.
- Develop AI applications to automate manual and repetitive tasks using machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and AI applications.
- Strong proficiency in NLP and LLM technologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python and relevant libraries for data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in data science or a related field, with a focus on NLP and AI solutions.
