About this role
The team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Cybersecurity Engineering & Solution Deployment to lead the design, implementation, transformation, and operationalization of enterprise cybersecurity capabilities. This leadership role requires broad expertise across the full cybersecurity portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions across various domains including Security Engineering and Security Operations.
- Oversee Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, and Application Security initiatives.
- Manage Governance, Risk & Compliance processes to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Drive Vulnerability Management and Data Protection strategies to safeguard enterprise assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity posture and resilience.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to cybersecurity teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering and solution deployment, with a focus on enterprise-level implementations.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Expertise in cloud security technologies and practices.
- Familiarity with identity management solutions and application security best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
