About this role
The team is seeking a Senior/Lead NLP Engineer to design, develop, and deploy innovative NLP and Generative AI solutions. This role involves leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and AI-powered automation to create cutting-edge applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research and implementation of advanced NLP techniques, including transformers, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-modal models.
- Architect scalable NLP pipelines for various applications such as text processing, entity recognition, summarization, question answering, and conversational AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in NLP and machine learning.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in NLP, Generative AI, and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in deploying machine learning models and MLOps design.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in NLP and machine learning, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
