About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Lead NLP professional who is passionate about building production-grade Generative AI solutions. In this role, you will architect and deploy LLM-powered applications, support MLOps initiatives, and mentor the next generation of AI talent. Experience in the pharma or life sciences industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy NLP and Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Lead research initiatives to explore new techniques in NLP and AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and innovative approaches in AI.
- Support MLOps initiatives to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in NLP and Generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs and fine-tuning techniques.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in a relevant field.
