About this role
The team is seeking a Senior/Lead .NET Backend Developer to join their team on a contractual basis in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for building and owning APIs, as well as designing and delivering production-grade RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core. You will take ownership of the entire process from specification to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Drive the implementation of event-driven architecture and message-broker solutions such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, and Kafka for asynchronous communication between services.
- Write efficient querying logic in C# and LINQ, and manage data formats like JSON and XML across microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing backend services for performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in .NET Core and C# programming.
- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with message-broker technologies (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Familiarity with data querying using LINQ and handling various data formats.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on .NET technologies.
