The team is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Lead Fullstack Developer to join their Data & AI Labs team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building responsive, scalable web applications and enjoy working in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.
- Build reusable, efficient, and scalable front-end components and libraries.
- Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB or SQL.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
