About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer, Software to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and building BIOS common features and modules, as well as developing feature specifications and implementation guides. You will collaborate with various teams to develop BIOS, troubleshoot and resolve issues for production, and ensure timely implementation of all BIOS features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and build BIOS common features and modules.
- Develop detailed feature specifications and implementation guides.
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead cross-functional efforts in BIOS development.
- Investigate and resolve production issues related to BIOS.
- Work closely with vendors to align product and technology offerings with client requirements.
- Customize features based on customer needs and provide excellent service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in BIOS development and engineering.
- Proficiency in software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors and customers.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering, with a focus on BIOS or related technologies.
