About this role
The team is seeking an accomplished Senior Lead Engineer with a focus on C# / .NET and React development. This full-time role is based in Chennai and offers a hybrid or onsite work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend and frontend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core with extensive experience in building applications.
