About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Engineer with a strong background in Java Full Stack development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.JS or Angular.JS, along with proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Java, React.JS or Angular.JS, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Solid understanding of Core Java fundamentals.
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development, with a focus on full stack technologies.
