About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead AI ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and AI/ML architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
- Lead a team of engineers in the development of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.
