About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join their team in a remote capacity, supporting offshore operations from India. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who is well-versed in modern Java development and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Implement best practices for software development and maintain documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of hands-on software development experience with Java (Java 11/17 preferred).
- Strong experience with Spring Boot framework.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and RDS.
- Proficient in AWS Cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
