The team is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate as part of an Agile development team, driving technical designs that align with business objectives. You will have the opportunity to independently analyze existing implementations and take the initiative to understand the current architecture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to design and develop high-quality software solutions.
- Analyze and improve existing software implementations.
- Maintain a high-quality software mindset, ensuring effective code functionality.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance system performance.
- Build efficient middleware interfaces to facilitate communication between systems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and architecture.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies and integration patterns.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years and up to 12 years of relevant experience in software development.
