The team is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join their dynamic team. This role involves developing robust Java applications and guiding junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a positive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications using Core Java and OOP principles.
- Conduct technical sessions for team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement software testing practices to ensure the reliability of applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and a solid understanding of OOP concepts.
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with Swing and knowledge of threading and exception handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and guide junior members.
- Any certification in Software Testing is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Java development.
