The team is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with a strong background in the Insurance and FinTech sectors. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of end-to-end digital transformation platforms for global insurers. You will manage projects that focus on core policy administration, claims automation, underwriting intelligence, and customer experience modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in the Insurance or FinTech sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and cloud-native systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant project management experience in the IT sector, with a focus on insurance solutions.
