The team is seeking a Senior IT Product Owner to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced product managers and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in defining product vision and strategy. You will be instrumental in driving the development of innovative IT solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to agile methodologies.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in product ownership or product management in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
