The team is seeking a Senior IT Process Manager to oversee and optimize IT processes within their organization. This role involves managing consulting engagements, ensuring adherence to project scopes, deliverables, and timelines as outlined in Master Services Agreements (MSAs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT process management and experience working with consulting firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of work products.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and consulting teams.
- Analyze and report on process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT process management or consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and improvement tools.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in IT process management or a similar role, preferably in a consulting environment.
