The team is seeking a Senior IT Operations Lead to join their team in India. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing IT operations to ensure seamless service delivery and support for their innovative digital identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Monitor and report on IT service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT operations management, with a focus on infrastructure and support services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT operations or a similar role.
