The team is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Operations Analyst with extensive experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise, enabling them to effectively translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions across logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP TM implementations, including design, configuration, and deployment.
- Manage migration and support projects, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization strategies within SAP TM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP TM and S/4HANA.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP TM and S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP TM and S/4HANA implementations.
