As a Senior Analyst, you will be at the forefront of technology monitoring, collaborating with motivated teams to analyze, design, develop, and deploy solutions that enhance IT capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze IT infrastructure performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective monitoring solutions.
- Reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Recover (MTTR) through proactive measures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
- Document processes and create reports to track performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve IT operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and technologies.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
