About this role
The team is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to lead the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of SharePoint solutions. In this role, you will aid in the analysis and requirements gathering to ensure project success and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, data integrity, software functionality, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance and functionality.
- Develop and implement automations using Power Automate, MS Forms, and PowerApps to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and support to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SharePoint architecture and development.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate, MS Forms, and PowerApps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in IT engineering or a related field, with a focus on SharePoint solutions.
