About this role
The team is seeking a Senior IT Administrator to join their team in Jaipur. This full-time position will focus on managing and securing Windows, macOS, and Linux environments while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards. Additionally, the role involves optimizing AWS cloud infrastructure to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and secure IT environments across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other relevant security standards.
- Optimize and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT processes and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or Bachelor of Technology (BTech).
- 7-10 years of experience in IT administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
