About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant specializing in Accounts Payable to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in delivering the HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 1000 clients. The Senior Consultant will own the solutioning for client engagements throughout the entire project life cycle, ensuring that all deliverables align with client objectives and are executed with high quality and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the HighRadius Cloud product for various clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations throughout the project.
- Design and develop solutions tailored to client needs, maintaining alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
- Conduct training and support for clients post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in implementation consulting, specifically in Accounts Payable.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
