About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to manage complex, broad workstreams or projects from inception to completion. The role is crucial in delivering business outputs while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Support project teams through analysis, research, and preparation of outputs.
- Execute activities of well-defined work packages under supervision.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management or consulting roles.
