About this role
The team is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and support identity governance and access management solutions that enhance the organization’s IAM infrastructure. This role will primarily focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing IAM solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Onboarding applications and configuring data sources within SailPoint.
- Developing connectors and configuring workflows for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Troubleshooting identity-related issues and ensuring smooth operation of IAM systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security best practices.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow.
- Proficiency in identity governance and access management principles.
- Familiarity with connector development and workflow configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience required: 5-8 years in IAM engineering or related fields.
