The team is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant / IAM Architect to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about identity and access management and are looking for an opportunity to grow while contributing to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct assessments of existing IAM frameworks and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems.
- Provide guidance on best practices for identity governance and administration.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of IAM solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, or Microsoft Azure AD.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and frameworks (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IAM consulting or architecture.
