The team is seeking a Senior Hardware Test Engineer to join their innovative team at the newly established ANSR MedTech Capability Center in India. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge medical technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans for hardware components and systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware testing with software and system testing.
- Develop automated test scripts and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in hardware testing, preferably in the MedTech or related industry.
- Proficiency in using testing tools and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Strong understanding of hardware design principles and testing methodologies.
- Experience with automation tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
