About this role
The team is seeking a Senior GenAI Developer with proven experience in integrating Generative AI tools into daily development processes, driving innovation and productivity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Amazon Code Whisperer, or similar platforms for 50% or more of their daily development tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret briefs and create high-quality, GenAI-assisted code that meets business objectives.
- Lead the design and development of Java applications utilizing Generative AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Mentor junior developers on best practices in GenAI development.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Generative AI tools.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in a team environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on Generative AI integration.
