About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of the engineering behind their high-traffic and critical growth platform. This role is essential in ensuring the platform remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the front-end and back-end of the web application.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to create seamless user experiences.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to innovate and improve the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
