Senior Full Stack Engineer

The team is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take hands-on technical ownership of application development, integration, verification, and release for their next-generation Total Knee Replacement solutions in the Immersive Technologies department. This role will focus on end-to-end product application engineering across client applications, hardware/software integration, real-time data handling, debugging, verification, and release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of multi-module Android applications using Java/Kotlin.
• Integrate real-time data from hardware subsystems such as cameras and sensors.
• Develop and maintain desktop/workstation applications using C#, C++, Qt, or equivalent technologies.
• Deploy software to physical devices and hardware systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, algorithms, and clinical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5-8 years of professional software development experience with successfully shipped products.
• Strong proficiency in Android application development and multi-module architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Android NDK/JNI and desktop application development.
• Strong understanding of real-time data processing, multithreading, and hardware/software integration.
• Experience with Git and CI/build automation.
• Familiarity with medical devices, surgical navigation, robotics, AR/VR/XR, or industrial automation is a plus.
