About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI Developer to join their team in Navi Mumbai. This individual contributor role is focused on building and shipping end-to-end features for an in-house Infosec Assessment Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing production-grade full-stack code and leveraging advanced AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on security and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Utilize AI coding assistants to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in full-stack development, with a focus on AI applications.
