About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their team focused on building and enhancing Grid, an internal platform that supports various process improvement tools for their operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical core of the platform, responsible for maintaining its architectural integrity and ensuring high-quality development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the platform's infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Design and implement robust database solutions to support application functionality.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence in code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in full-stack development with expertise in technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Strong experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management, particularly AWS.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in full-stack development or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex software projects.
