About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on AI and Automation for a remote, 3-month contract position starting at the end of October 2026. In this role, you will take end-to-end technical ownership of an automated recruitment platform MVP, collaborating closely with the Product Lead to translate business logic and system requirements into a production-ready, highly reliable system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the full-stack architecture of the recruitment platform.
- Implement AI and Machine Learning algorithms to enhance automation features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system requirements.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of the application.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with AI and Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on AI and automation projects.
