About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Agentic AI Engineer to join their Operations Team. This role is fully remote and designed for an individual who thrives in an AI-first, high-trust environment. You will be instrumental in building and managing the Ai1 platform, which provides clients with dedicated AI agents tailored to their operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for the Ai1 platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing client workflows.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum efficiency.
- Write clear and concise documentation for internal and client-facing purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-stack development with expertise in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django).
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their application in software development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work asynchronously in a remote environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on AI or agent-based systems.
