About this role
The team is seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of their high-traffic, consumer-facing web application. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on building consumer-facing applications.
